Hello, I'm Matilde Peixoto, a Portuguese designer born in South Africa. I grew up living in different countries, which has made me adaptable, open-minded, and intrigued to learn and tell different stories and perspectives.

I have a deep passion for art and design. My work focuses on creating immersive, engaging experiences that tell meaningful stories through various digital and physical media, including new emerging technologies. My design process is grounded in research, observation, and dialogue. I listen carefully, adapt quickly, and shape my designs to reflect the interests and culture of different people and places.

Outside of design, I love being in nature. Hiking, camping, and drawing are some of my favourite ways to recharge. I also enjoy reading science fiction and mystery novels in my spare time, which inspires my imagination.
